ST.JOHN’S ADMISSION PROCESS
Choosing right school for your child is probably one of the most important decisions you will make. St.John’s firmly believes in preparing students face an uncertain and ambiguous world boldly and wisely. We are happy to admit students throughout the year based on the availability of seats.
We are pleased to provide 2 modes of Admission process
ONLINE ADMISSION PROCESS
- Fill in the online application form for the class for which the admission is sought.
- Our school admission officer will connect with the parent through phone call and schedule a virtual interview of the Principal with the parents and the student(s) seeking admission.
- On being selected, a provisional admission letter will be sent by mail.
- Parents can confirm the admission by paying the specified amount through the online portal using the student ID that will be generated.
- After submission of proper document with required enclosures, the child’s admission number is generated and the admission process is over within a week's time.
OFFLINE ADMISSION PROCESS
- Parents can directly visit the school and fill in the printed application form at the school office.
- Our school admission officer will schedule an interview of Principal with the parents and the student(s) seeking admission.
- On being selected, a provisional admission letter will be given.
- Parents can confirm the admission by paying the specified amount in the school fee counter.
- After submission of proper document with required enclosures, the child’s admission number is generated and the admission process is over within a week's time.
ELIGIBILITY
Enrolment will be finalized based on the following:
- Age Criteria & Availability of seats.
- Submission of proper document with required enclosures.
- Entrance Examination: Class I to IX & XI STD - Testing the ability of student pertaining to the current class in English, Maths & Science.
- Academic Performance in the previous class.
Note: CBSE direct admission process will be adopted in the case of admissions to Class X and XII.
